Mockstests यह स्वीकार करती है कि उसकी शैक्षणिक सेवाओं का उपयोग 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के छात्र भी कर सकते हैं।
जहाँ लागू कानून के अनुसार आवश्यक हो, कंपनी बच्चे के व्यक्तिगत डेटा को संसाधित करने से पहले उसके माता-पिता या कानूनी अभिभावक से सत्यापन योग्य सहमति प्राप्त करेगी।

Mockstests शैक्षणिक सेवाएँ प्रदान करने के लिए अधिकृत सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट, मैसेजिंग एप्लिकेशन, वीडियो-कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग प्लेटफॉर्म तथा लर्निंग मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम का उपयोग कर सकती है।
जब छात्र थर्ड-पार्टी प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से Mockstests से संपर्क या संवाद करते हैं, तो उनकी जानकारी उन प्लेटफॉर्म द्वारा भी उनकी संबंधित गोपनीयता नीतियों के अनुसार संसाधित की जा सकती है।

उपयोगकर्ता निर्धारित गोपनीयता संपर्क के माध्यम से हटाए जाने योग्य व्यक्तिगत डेटा को हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
14 उपयोगकर्ताओं के अधिकार
लागू कानून और संबंधित वैधानिक प्रावधानों के लागू होने के अधीन, उपयोगकर्ता अपने व्यक्तिगत डेटा से संबंधित अधिकारों का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं। इनमें निर्धारित जानकारी तक पहुँच, सुधार, जानकारी को पूरा करना, अपडेट करना, मिटाना, शिकायत निवारण तथा जहाँ लागू हो वहाँ नामांकन संबंधी अधिकार शामिल हैं।
अनुरोध कंपनी के निर्धारित गोपनीयता संपर्क के माध्यम से प्रस्तुत किए जा सकते हैं।
Mockstests व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का खुलासा, संशोधन या उसे हटाने से पहले अनुरोध प्रस्तुत करने वाले व्यक्ति की पहचान या उसके अधिकार को सत्यापित करने के लिए उचित कदम उठा सकती है।
अनुरोधों का निपटारा लागू वैधानिक समय-सीमा के भीतर किया जाएगा।
15 अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर डेटा का प्रसंस्करण
कुछ अधिकृत तकनीकी या संचार सेवा प्रदाता व्यक्तिगत डेटा को भारत के बाहर संसाधित कर सकते हैं।
इस प्रकार का कोई भी प्रसंस्करण या डेटा ट्रांसफर लागू भारतीय कानून, संबंधित सरकारी प्रतिबंधों तथा उचित अनुबंध संबंधी या तकनीकी सुरक्षा उपायों के अधीन होगा।
16 इस गोपनीयता नीति में परिवर्तन
Mockstests अपनी सेवाओं, डेटा-प्रोसेसिंग प्रक्रियाओं या लागू कानूनी आवश्यकताओं में बदलाव को ध्यान में रखते हुए इस गोपनीयता नीति को समय-समय पर अपडेट कर सकती है।
महत्वपूर्ण बदलावों की सूचना वेबसाइट पर उचित नोटिस या किसी अन्य उपयुक्त संचार माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
जहाँ आवश्यक हो, व्यक्तिगत डेटा को किसी महत्वपूर्ण रूप से अलग उद्देश्य के लिए संसाधित करने से पहले कंपनी नई सहमति प्राप्त करेगी।
