The information, study materials, test series, educational programmes, videos, learning sessions and other services offered by Mockstests are intended solely for educational, informational and examination-preparation purposes.
By accessing our website or using our services, users acknowledge that educational outcomes depend on multiple factors, including individual effort, academic background, preparation strategy and examination conditions.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any statutory rights available to users under applicable Indian law.
2 No Guarantee of Examination Success
Mockstests provides educational resources, teaching support, practice examinations and academic guidance to assist students in their learning and examination preparation.
The Company does not guarantee selection, admission, employment, a particular examination rank, minimum marks or success in any competitive, academic or professional examination.
Participation in a paid or free programme does not create any entitlement to examination success or recruitment by any government or private organisation.
Any published student results, testimonials, performance statistics or success stories shall be presented accurately, with necessary permissions and appropriate disclosures regarding the services actually used by the student.
3 No Government Affiliation
Unless expressly stated and supported by an official authorisation, Mockstests is an independent private educational service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised to represent any government department, recruitment agency, examination authority, university or educational board.
References to examinations conducted by UPSC, SSC, NTA, state public service commissions, universities, school boards or other authorities are made solely for educational and informational purposes.
All official examination notifications, eligibility criteria, application deadlines, examination schedules, syllabi, results and recruitment decisions remain under the authority of their respective official organisations.
Students should independently verify important examination-related information through the relevant official websites.
4 Accuracy of Educational Content
Mockstests endeavours to provide accurate, relevant and updated educational content. However, academic information, examination patterns, syllabi, government policies, notifications and other information may change over time.
The Company does not warrant that every educational resource will be free from errors, omissions or outdated information.
Where a material error is identified, Mockstests will take reasonable steps to review and correct the relevant content.
Students may report suspected errors through the Company's official support or grievance channels.
5 Online and Offline Teaching
Online and offline teaching services may be delivered through live classes, recorded lectures, classroom sessions, interactive learning platforms, webinars, educational workshops and other authorised methods.
The availability, duration, faculty, teaching format, class schedule and access period of each programme shall be governed by the details disclosed at the time of enrolment.

6 Test Series and Mock Examinations
Mock tests, practice questions, model answers, performance reports, rankings and assessments are designed for educational practice and self-evaluation.
Mock examination scores, percentile estimates, practice rankings or performance predictions do not constitute official examination results.
Mockstests does not represent that its practice examinations will contain the same questions as any actual examination.
Any similarity between independently prepared practice questions and questions appearing in an official examination does not establish any association with the examination authority.
7 Social Media Educational Activities
Mockstests may publish educational videos, advertisements, learning sessions, live discussions, practice questions and doubt-resolution content through social media platforms.
Educational content published on third-party platforms is subject to the respective platform's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Only accounts expressly identified by Mockstests as official communication channels shall be treated as authorised Company accounts.
The Company shall not be responsible for fraudulent representations made by unauthorised third parties impersonating Mockstests, without prejudice to any liability arising from its own acts or omissions.
8 Telephone-Based Learning and Doubt Resolution

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, internet connectivity problems, technical failures or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Where a material service interruption affects a paid programme, the Company shall assess appropriate corrective measures, including restoration of access, rescheduling, extension or refund, as applicable.
11 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original educational content, study materials, mock tests, videos, graphics, software and other proprietary resources developed or lawfully owned by Mockstests are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may access such materials only in accordance with the licence and usage conditions applicable to their enrolled programmes.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mockstests shall not be liable for losses arising solely from a student's independent examination decisions, personal preparation strategy or reliance on unofficial third-party information.
This clause shall not exclude or restrict liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence, deficiency in services, misleading representations or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Mockstests Private Limited (जिसे आगे “Mockstests”, “कंपनी”, “हम”, “हमें” या “हमारा” कहा गया है) एक शैक्षणिक सेवा प्रदान करने वाली कंपनी है। कंपनी अपनी वेबसाइट, अधिकृत सोशल मीडिया चैनलों तथा अन्य संचार माध्यमों के जरिए ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन शिक्षण कार्यक्रम, टेस्ट सीरीज़, मॉक परीक्षाएँ, शैक्षणिक मार्गदर्शन, शंकाओं/सवालों का समाधान, फोन के माध्यम से पढ़ाई में सहायता तथा अन्य शैक्षणिक सामग्री उपलब्ध कराती है।
Mockstests द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई जाने वाली जानकारी, अध्ययन सामग्री, टेस्ट सीरीज़, शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रम, वीडियो, लर्निंग सेशन तथा अन्य सेवाएँ केवल शिक्षा, जानकारी और परीक्षा की तैयारी के उद्देश्य से प्रदान की जाती हैं।
हमारी वेबसाइट या सेवाओं का उपयोग करने वाला प्रत्येक व्यक्ति यह स्वीकार करता है कि पढ़ाई या परीक्षा का परिणाम कई बातों पर निर्भर करता है, जैसे विद्यार्थी का व्यक्तिगत प्रयास, उसकी शैक्षणिक पृष्ठभूमि, तैयारी की रणनीति तथा परीक्षा की परिस्थितियाँ।

2 परीक्षा में सफलता की कोई गारंटी नहीं
Mockstests विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई और परीक्षा की तैयारी में सहायता के लिए शैक्षणिक संसाधन, शिक्षण सहायता, अभ्यास परीक्षाएँ और अकादमिक मार्गदर्शन उपलब्ध कराता है।
कंपनी किसी भी प्रतियोगी, शैक्षणिक या व्यावसायिक परीक्षा में चयन, प्रवेश, नौकरी, किसी विशेष रैंक, न्यूनतम अंक या सफलता की कोई गारंटी नहीं देती है।
किसी भुगतान वाले या निःशुल्क कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने मात्र से विद्यार्थी को परीक्षा में सफलता या किसी सरकारी अथवा निजी संस्था में भर्ती/नियुक्ति का कोई अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होता।
कंपनी द्वारा प्रकाशित विद्यार्थियों के परिणाम, प्रशंसापत्र (Testimonials), प्रदर्शन संबंधी आँकड़े या सफलता की कहानियाँ सही तरीके से प्रस्तुत की जाएँगी। जहाँ आवश्यक होगा, संबंधित विद्यार्थी की अनुमति ली जाएगी तथा यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाएगा कि विद्यार्थी ने कंपनी की कौन-सी सेवाओं का वास्तव में उपयोग किया था।
3 किसी सरकारी संस्था से संबद्धता नहीं
जब तक कंपनी द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से न बताया गया हो और उसके समर्थन में आधिकारिक अनुमति उपलब्ध न हो, Mockstests एक स्वतंत्र निजी शैक्षणिक सेवा प्रदाता है। कंपनी किसी सरकारी विभाग, भर्ती एजेंसी, परीक्षा प्राधिकरण, विश्वविद्यालय या शिक्षा बोर्ड से संबद्ध नहीं है और न ही उनके द्वारा समर्थित, प्रायोजित या उनका प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए अधिकृत है।
UPSC, SSC, NTA, राज्य लोक सेवा आयोगों, विश्वविद्यालयों, स्कूल बोर्डों या अन्य संस्थाओं द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं का उल्लेख केवल शिक्षा और जानकारी देने के उद्देश्य से किया जाता है।
परीक्षा की आधिकारिक अधिसूचना, पात्रता की शर्तें, आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि, परीक्षा कार्यक्रम, पाठ्यक्रम, परिणाम तथा भर्ती संबंधी निर्णय संबंधित आधिकारिक संस्था के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आते हैं।
विद्यार्थियों को परीक्षा से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी संबंधित संस्था की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से स्वयं सत्यापित करनी चाहिए।
4 शैक्षणिक सामग्री की शुद्धता
Mockstests सही, उपयोगी और अपडेटेड शैक्षणिक सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने का उचित प्रयास करता है। हालांकि, शैक्षणिक जानकारी, परीक्षा पैटर्न, पाठ्यक्रम, सरकारी नीतियाँ, अधिसूचनाएँ और अन्य जानकारियाँ समय-समय पर बदल सकती हैं।
कंपनी यह गारंटी नहीं देती कि प्रत्येक शैक्षणिक सामग्री पूरी तरह त्रुटिरहित होगी या उसमें कोई जानकारी छूटी हुई अथवा पुरानी नहीं होगी।
यदि किसी महत्वपूर्ण त्रुटि की जानकारी कंपनी को मिलती है, तो Mockstests संबंधित सामग्री की समीक्षा करने और उसे ठीक करने के लिए उचित कदम उठाएगा।
विद्यार्थी किसी संभावित त्रुटि की सूचना कंपनी के आधिकारिक सहायता या शिकायत निवारण माध्यमों से दे सकते हैं।
5 ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन शिक्षण
ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन शिक्षण सेवाएँ लाइव क्लास, रिकॉर्डेड लेक्चर, कक्षा शिक्षण, इंटरैक्टिव लर्निंग प्लेटफॉर्म, वेबिनार, शैक्षणिक कार्यशालाओं तथा अन्य अधिकृत माध्यमों से प्रदान की जा सकती हैं।
प्रत्येक कार्यक्रम की उपलब्धता, अवधि, शिक्षक/फैकल्टी, पढ़ाने का तरीका, कक्षा का समय तथा सामग्री या कार्यक्रम तक पहुँच की अवधि, नामांकन के समय दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार निर्धारित होगी।
यदि नामांकित विद्यार्थी द्वारा खरीदे गए कार्यक्रम में कोई महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव किया जाता है, तो इसकी जानकारी उचित आधिकारिक माध्यम से दी जाएगी। साथ ही, संबंधित कार्यक्रम की शर्तों और लागू कानून के अनुसार उपलब्ध समाधान की जानकारी भी दी जाएगी।
6 टेस्ट सीरीज़ और मॉक परीक्षाएँ
मॉक टेस्ट, अभ्यास प्रश्न, मॉडल उत्तर, प्रदर्शन रिपोर्ट, रैंकिंग और मूल्यांकन केवल अभ्यास तथा विद्यार्थी के स्वयं के प्रदर्शन का आकलन करने के उद्देश्य से तैयार किए जाते हैं।
मॉक परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंक, अनुमानित परसेंटाइल, अभ्यास रैंकिंग या प्रदर्शन का अनुमान किसी वास्तविक या आधिकारिक परीक्षा का परिणाम नहीं माना जाएगा।
Mockstests यह दावा नहीं करता कि उसके अभ्यास या मॉक टेस्ट में दिए गए प्रश्न किसी वास्तविक परीक्षा में भी वही आएँगे।
यदि स्वतंत्र रूप से तैयार किए गए किसी अभ्यास प्रश्न और किसी आधिकारिक परीक्षा में पूछे गए प्रश्न के बीच समानता पाई जाती है, तो केवल इस समानता के आधार पर Mockstests और संबंधित परीक्षा प्राधिकरण के बीच किसी प्रकार की संबद्धता नहीं मानी जाएगी।
7 सोशल मीडिया पर शैक्षणिक गतिविधियाँ
Mockstests सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से शैक्षणिक वीडियो, विज्ञापन, लर्निंग सेशन, लाइव चर्चा, अभ्यास प्रश्न तथा शंका समाधान संबंधी सामग्री प्रकाशित कर सकता है।
किसी तीसरे पक्ष के सोशल मीडिया या अन्य प्लेटफॉर्म पर प्रकाशित शैक्षणिक सामग्री उस प्लेटफॉर्म की लागू शर्तों और गोपनीयता नीतियों के अधीन होगी।
केवल उन्हीं अकाउंट को कंपनी का आधिकारिक अकाउंट माना जाएगा जिन्हें Mockstests द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से अपने आधिकारिक संचार माध्यम के रूप में बताया गया हो।
यदि कोई अनधिकृत व्यक्ति या तीसरा पक्ष Mockstests के नाम से फर्जी पहचान बनाकर गलत या धोखाधड़ीपूर्ण जानकारी देता है, तो कंपनी उसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी। हालांकि, यह प्रावधान कंपनी के स्वयं के किसी कार्य या चूक से उत्पन्न कानूनी जिम्मेदारी को समाप्त नहीं करेगा।
8 फोन के माध्यम से पढ़ाई और शंका समाधान
फोन के माध्यम से दी जाने वाली शैक्षणिक सहायता का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को अकादमिक मार्गदर्शन, पढ़ाई में सहायता तथा विषय से संबंधित शंकाओं का समाधान प्रदान करना है।
इस सेवा की उपलब्धता, सेवा का समय, शुल्क, कॉल की अवधि और दी जाने वाली सहायता का दायरा संबंधित कार्यक्रम की जानकारी में बताया जाएगा।
गुणवत्ता बनाए रखने, प्रशिक्षण, विवाद के समाधान या सुरक्षा जैसे उद्देश्यों के लिए टेलीफोन बातचीत को केवल तभी रिकॉर्ड किया जा सकता है, जब इसके लिए उचित कानूनी आधार मौजूद हो और उपयोगकर्ता को आवश्यक सूचना दी गई हो तथा जहाँ लागू हो, उसकी वैध सहमति प्राप्त की गई हो।
फोन पर दिया गया शैक्षणिक मार्गदर्शन किसी प्रकार की चिकित्सा, मनोवैज्ञानिक, कानूनी या अन्य विनियमित पेशेवर सलाह नहीं माना जाएगा।
9 तीसरे पक्ष के लिंक और सेवाएँ
कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर तीसरे पक्ष की वेबसाइटों, शैक्षणिक संसाधनों, पेमेंट गेटवे, वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग सेवाओं और सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म के लिंक उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।
Mockstests ऐसे तीसरे पक्ष की स्वतंत्र सामग्री, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था या गोपनीयता संबंधी प्रक्रियाओं को नियंत्रित नहीं करता।
ऐसी सेवाओं का उपयोग करने से पहले उपयोगकर्ताओं को संबंधित सेवा की नियम एवं शर्तों और गोपनीयता नीति को पढ़ने की सलाह दी जाती है।
10 तकनीकी उपलब्धता
Mockstests अपनी वेबसाइट, ऑनलाइन कक्षाओं, टेस्ट सीरीज़ और डिजिटल लर्निंग सेवाओं तक विश्वसनीय पहुँच बनाए रखने का उचित प्रयास करता है।
फिर भी, रखरखाव, इंटरनेट कनेक्टिविटी की समस्या, तकनीकी खराबी या कंपनी के उचित नियंत्रण से बाहर की परिस्थितियों के कारण सेवाएँ अस्थायी रूप से बाधित हो सकती हैं।
यदि किसी महत्वपूर्ण तकनीकी बाधा के कारण भुगतान किए गए कार्यक्रम की सेवा प्रभावित होती है, तो कंपनी परिस्थितियों के अनुसार उचित सुधारात्मक उपायों पर विचार करेगी। इनमें सेवा या एक्सेस दोबारा उपलब्ध कराना, कार्यक्रम को पुनर्निर्धारित करना, एक्सेस अवधि बढ़ाना या जहाँ लागू हो वहाँ रिफंड देना शामिल हो सकता है।
11 बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार
जब तक अलग से न बताया गया हो, Mockstests द्वारा विकसित या कानूनी रूप से स्वामित्व वाली मूल शैक्षणिक सामग्री, अध्ययन सामग्री, मॉक टेस्ट, वीडियो, ग्राफिक्स, सॉफ्टवेयर तथा अन्य स्वामित्व वाले संसाधन लागू बौद्धिक संपदा कानूनों के तहत संरक्षित हैं।
उपयोगकर्ता इन सामग्रियों का उपयोग केवल अपने नामांकित कार्यक्रम पर लागू लाइसेंस और उपयोग की शर्तों के अनुसार ही कर सकते हैं।
12 दायित्व की सीमा
लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, विद्यार्थी द्वारा स्वतंत्र रूप से लिए गए परीक्षा संबंधी निर्णयों, उसकी व्यक्तिगत तैयारी की रणनीति या किसी अनधिकृत तीसरे पक्ष की जानकारी पर निर्भर रहने के कारण होने वाली हानि के लिए Mockstests जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
हालांकि, यह प्रावधान धोखाधड़ी, जानबूझकर किए गए गलत आचरण, लापरवाही, सेवा में कमी, भ्रामक प्रस्तुतीकरण या ऐसी किसी कानूनी जिम्मेदारी को समाप्त या सीमित नहीं करेगा जिसे कानून के तहत समाप्त या सीमित नहीं किया जा सकता।
